I just noticed this announcement on the Disneyland site:

•A new fireworks spooktacular, hosted by Jack Skellington from "Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas," explodes onto the night skies to send shivers down your spine
The dates say this starts Sept. 25 (we arrive Sept. 26 :yay:)

But when I printed out the daily event calendar no fireworks are listed, is this normal?

Are the fireworks usually every night or only on Fantasmic nights (Sat and Sun only during our stay)?

This is a brand new fireworks show, so expect the first few nights to likely be crowded. It is scheduled to be a nightly show weather permitting (when the Santa Ana winds will allow).

It is indeed starting the 25th but has yet to be shown on the calendar.

HTH! :thumbsup2

Really looking forward to the Halloween fireworks, but get a little frustrated at how much the park favors Jack Skellington :confused3. I'm sure A Nightmare Before Christmas merchandise sells more, but thanks to that there is usually very little to no Haunted Mansion merchandise at the park. Jack, Jack, Jack - Jack Skellington and Jack Sparrow - they should have left the Pirates ride alone pirate: ! Glad we're not seeing Eddie Murphy inside the Haunted Mansion.

That would be really scary. :scared1:

Just returned from DL... there is TONS of Haunted Mansion stuff there right now due to the anniversary of it?
