Anyone care to review this hotel? I checked it out on line & it looks cute for my kids. Just wondering how it was.

I have not stayed at this hotel, but I have toured it while I was staying across the street at the Marriot World Center (that place is huge!) for a conference. It does seem like a neat place to stay, but when you are there in person it is very very LOUD :listen: ! Lots of kids running around the pool and mall areas.

I was very impressed that the pool was surrounded by a five foot fence and the latches on the gates were well overhead of the little ones. I assume the same precaution was in place at both pools but I did not get back to the second pool. I would advise against getting a room that opens to the pool due to the large amount of traffic in that area. There were times when I saw people having difficulty getting in and out of their rooms due to the volume of people walking by. Since there is the fence between the rooms and the pool, there is not a lot of space to get around. It was easy to see into the rooms that were around the pool as well--even though I was not trying to look. I am not sure I would want a pool view room on an upper floor either unless there was some sound proofing.

I may stay in this hotel in the future, but probably for only a night or two before moving on to a more quiet, relaxing venue (HRH! :cool1: )

I walked through there once and it was amazing. There are Nickelodeon characters such as Patrick that you can only see there. The website does not do the pool area justice. It would be well worth the money. If I stayed there I wouldn't feel the need to leave and go to the parks.

We stayed there and had a blast!! We had a first floor pool facing room and noise was not a problem. We went in May and it was not crowded. DD is BEGGING to stay there again. Check the mousesavers newsletter for discounts. We had a 2 bedroom kidsuite for $148 a night!! :cheer2:
