Nick Hotel 25% Discount 2 bed. Suite

We stayed at the hotel in November of 2004 during construction. We were told upon checkout that we could get a 25% discount on our next stay. I just called the other day and they found us in the system (we are Priority Club members) and we booked the 2br King suite for 157.00 per night for October 15-20. I am thinking of maybe getting the "suite deal" and paying 125.00 per night for weekdays in the fall (our dates match the covered ones on the site). The only downfall to the 125 rate is that it is advance purchase.

The kids are thrilled that we will be going here for a few nights. When we were there during the construction we would try to guess who's face they were putting on top of the buildings and when we got home each night we would see who was right. I was alot of fun!

Oh - by the way, I am new here, so :wave2:

If you book the Nick Hotel throught Dreams Unlimited you can get the $125 rate without advance purchase (you don't even have to leave a deposit upfront) and it is refundable up until 72 hrs prior to arrival. I originally had booked using the 25% discount rate through Nick Hotel, and just switched my reservation to Dreams Unlimited to get the $125/nite rate (I didn't want to do the advance purchase rate through Nick Hotel because it was non-refundable).

The $125 rate through DU--that is only for fall visits, correct? Unfortunately, it appears to be very difficult to find any rate less than $200/night for June/July.

Just called and GOT IT!! 157 for the night (we are only doing 1 day)!!!

I called the 1-877 number today to book two nights in July. I told the reservationist that I had a %25 discount code from the NY vacation show. She told me that I would need to produce the coupon at the hotel in order to get the discount.

Did anyone else get the same story??
I'm thinking about cancelling.

Don't you cancel that reservation! I will check to see if I still have the actual coupon. If I do, I'll make enough photocopies for everyone. That's all this was, a photocopy. Just a simple piece of paper.

If you're really that nervous, pm me your address and I'll mail it over. I'm not an axe murderer :stir: and I won't give out your address :smooth: I'll address an envelope and get rid of your address after that.

Oh MAN!!! I may need a copy of that too. I'm making a reservation tomorrow. I'll let you know how it turns out. (now I'm nervous).

I used the code and had no problems when I called and the very wonderful woman who helped me on the phone made no reference to bringing the coupon when I checked in, now I am nervous too. I hope all goes well with all of our reservations. pixiedust:

Thank you :Pinkbounc Thank you :Pinkbounc Thank you :Pinkbounc

My DD really wanted to stay here for our night before the cruise. I could not justify the $249 price. But I just called and as easy as pie got the 25% off- 187 for an August 19, Saturday stay.

You are the best!

Thank you for the 25% off information. I just made reservations for October. Agent said I would need to bring coupon. If you make copies, could I get one.

I made reservations using this code yesterday for April and had no problems. I did use the 407 number posted early in the thread. They didn't tell me to bring the coupon.
