I agree it's probably a matter of having the suit and someone already being trained...and I also agree that they shouldn't add another character that can be met elsewhere...but...still I ask the question...BOLT? haha....I've never seen the movie, and that's saying something cause I've seen them all! 2008 was the year my daughter was born though...so for a good majority of it I was significantly sleep deprived - I'll blame that on my feelings toward Bolt. lol

If you've never seen the movie I encourage you to give it a shot! It's one of our favorites! I feel like it didn't get a lot of marketing (or maybe not very good marketing?) because the first time we watched it was on Disney channel...

It's definitely not a bad movie but it wasn't a home run either. I'd agree with you and say at least see it once.

I am so happy to see Tiana finally getting her restaurant.

I would have love to see a Tiana inspired restaurant in Disney Springs. Such a vastly underutilized property.

As long as they don't put Tiana's restaurant in POFQ (or even POR)... that'd be the most random place they could choose.

I can't say the animation was anything to rave about, but I thought the storyline was original and funny.

Another one of my favorites is from that same time period - Meet the Robinsons. I remember when the trailer came out, I thought, "I'll pass on that one." But my boys recorded it and wanted me to watch, so I did - and I loved it. I cannot make it through the end without crying.

POFQ is the only moderate without a table service. I wish they would put one there.

Was there once a Fix-It Felix Jr. game in the Pop Century lobby? I remember there being one there, but I can't remember if it looked beat up.

I don't know. I think Disney Springs almost needs to stand alone. Character stuff needs to be in the parks imo. Springs is an alternative and to me works great for people not wanting to get into the character phenomenon. Would think another TS in MK similar to a Tiffins from AK would be more of a place to put Tiana.

Too bad WDW MK doesn't have a New Orleans Square as that would be the perfect spot (obviously not going to get rid of Blue Bayou in DLR)

Even if not a full blown new restaurant but could give the Golden Horseshoe a bit of a makeover and theme it for New Orleans and have that type of food rather than what they are currently doing and Tianna meets around that area as it is

Will be interesting to see if this impacts things. Really wanted to try this place out on our next trip in July and was banking on some flexibility but now might have to add an ADR for it
