It's the inside of Splash that I can't take. The big drop is nothing for me. Normally my husband uses my band to take the kids one at a time, but last trip we were running too late in the window for them to make it through separately. Best pic ever!

They try to convince me to ride every time, but I just can't handle it. Makes me nauseous just thinking about it. Lol
And you even have a wet suit.![]()
Bonine is what I use when I co-drive in a rally car. I don't usually get motion sick, but for that extreme, I like to be sure.I'll post this last one, then drop it...
believe me, I understand about the different reasons folks don't like some types of rides, and I'd never suggest anything like "it's all in your head" cause you don't like something I think is great. But I thought I'd let you know that one of the things that does help my friend to keep from getting motion sickness is "Bonine"...whether or not this is something you think would help, or you just want to NOT be pressured into riding, or maybe just don't want to take pills, I understand, it all supposed to be fun, right?! And if it isn't for you, there is no right or wrong here, it's one of the things that makes people different!
I am dropping the subject now.![]()

My wife does get motion sick on very basic stuff. She tried Bonine, and it all but knocked her out. So I think it does affect people differently, so your mileage may vary. Vertigo, is a bit different from motion sickness though.
It's the tooth pick method Disney uses this on most rock work projects they do.If you look on the still attached levels just below, you can see where the structure beams are still protruding out to support scaffolding. Very clever.

Fastpass+ touch point change

This is the worst idea I have ever heard of. What are they thinking? I was hoping they would have just realized that the first touch point needs to be about 100 feet into the cue to eliminate the line in the walk way...... but no... leave the line in the walk way and allow everyone to duck the rail and have a fastpass--- worst idea ever.

I'm sure it has more to do with the extra attendant required at each touch point than it has to do with "efficiency" as stated in the article.
That may be true, but if they drop the entry touch point people couldn't cut the line like they can with only the entry point.
I was speaking generally and not personally. Residents of the USA versus other countries in the world tend to have the least international experience. I've been to Disney WAY more than I have been out of the country, so I'm certainly part of that number.
We would all be better off if we engaged in more international travel. Of course we'd all be better off if we could afford international travel too...
I think Space Mountain looks scarier with the lights on and you can see how intertwined and close all the steel isSpace Mountain is the best... what is it 27mph? Its the same speed as Goofy's roller coaster.... I will never understand the fear of that one. Then as you noted people say "because its dark", and then you watch them on other rides and they close their eyes... WHAAAAT?![]()

And somehow, no reservations available for my entire stay (4/23 - 4/30) between 3:30 - 5?

Have they not released the ADRs yet?
I believe the opened the times a few weeks ago but just made an official announcement. I would not be surprised if they are all booked.
This is a joke. I've seen people cut the line all over the place. Instead of disabling the scanner at the merge, disable the other one and anyone who gets up to the scanner w/out a fastpass send them all the way back. Oh, this is guaranteed to lead to some serious line jumping on a number of rides.News
