You know without someone pointing out features & landmarks, I find looking at U/S pics to be sort of like looking at a Rorschach test & trying to figure out what it is you see. Maybe it's just me. Guess I'd be a terrible u/s tech.
Not that I'm discouraging anyone from sharing, I know I'm always excited to see my u/s -- but I do need someone to point out what it is exactly I'm looking at!
No. I have that problem too and after 5 kids, you would think I would be a pro.
The only time I was ever spot-on was with my sister's u/s. She had a three year-old boy and REALLY wanted a girl for baby #2. Almost as soon as her ultrasound started, I spotted some definite boy parts. I didn't say anything, and I was sure I had just imagined it. But then the u/s tech confirmed it and pointed out the same things I had already seen. It's OK, sis now loves being a mom to boys-but I just remember seeing that, hoping I was wrong, and being glad I didn't have to be the one to tell her.
I would have never gotten the foot one by myself. It's really funny that you turned it around (upside-down) to label/show it.
Even with all the arrows pointing stuff out, I still had to look at it for a while before it became more clear to me. It's funny, when I had my U/S at 17 weeks I could see the baby so clearly but when they're printed out I find it harder to tell what's what. Hopefully I won't have that problem next Tuesday when I have my next U/S

I love Wal Mart. I found the furniture at target and then checked the Wal Mart website and saved $80 in shipping because they will send it straight to a near by store. Such a deal. I just couldn't see spending thousands on nursery furniture, when he is a big boy then he can get new big boy furniture (and I promise not to be so cheap lol!).
) have 4.5 weeks left.
