Well see I like the band MGMT and I thought a while back that it would be cool to have a short name with like 4 capital letters, sort of like MGMT. And one day I was looking at the stock quotes for Disney (because I just do that), and on stock charts names are shortened to 3 or 4 letters. So I went looking through the charts and after a while I found some cool jumbles of 4-letter names and IMGN won, to make a long story short (I drew straws

). IMGN is ImmunoGen, Inc. - a company that "develops targeted anticancer therapeutics", which I thought was pretty cool.
