The hurricanes sure took a blow to our state and it is still horrible in some areas. During Katrina my Mom, myself and my step dad moved in with his Brother and there family in Colorado. We came back to a house that was actually standing, but the damage was awful.

The hurricanes sure took a blow to our state and it is still horrible in some areas. During Katrina my Mom, myself and my step dad moved in with his Brother and there family in Colorado. We came back to a house that was actually standing, but the damage was awful.

Well during Katrina we stayed home and in Gustav and all the rest but we didn't suffer any damage (except in Gustav-minor roof damage) but we got power out for 1 and a half weeks with Katrina and 2 weeks with gustav ugh it was horrible. We also got a tree down in our front yard from Gustav
