Not sure what you mean by fan card. Can you describe what you want?
Fan Club cards are sort of Universal's equivalent to the Disney Club card.
Scroll down to the Universal boards and you'll find a bunch of posts about Fan Club cards. There is a woman on those boards who will send you a Fan club card if you e-mail her. I just received mine two days ago from her.
