Newbie needs advise/help regarding booking

Hi

We are trying to plan a trip to Disney asap (like for this month or next). I called Disney and got a quote for All Star Sports for room & tickets. We are not members of AAA (but might be if it saves us money).

Is it cheaper to buy the tickets when booking our room with Disney direct??

Also, regarding the dinning plan, can you only get this if you book it all thru Disney and does it have to be for the exact # of nights that you are staying?

Thanks a bunch for your help....also, if there is any AAA travel agent that could give me a quote, please let me know.

Room-only reservations can be booked with a AAA discount directly by calling Disney otherwise you can have AAA do it. I belive the only way you can get a discount on the package deals is by have AAA travel agent do it. Also there is a 20% AAA Room only discount in Value (January 1 - February 15) season for Moderate and Value Resorts and 15% AAA Room only dicount on Moderate and Value resorts in Peak Season (February 16 - April 22)

It is always cheaper to buy tickets in advance rather than at the gate. If you are not doing a package deal I would check out some of the Discount Ticket sellers on-line like Maple Leaf Tickets or Ticket Mania.

Yes I belive it does now have to be the exact number of nights you are staying.
