Newbie needing opinions on ADR plan...help!

This will be our first trip to Disney. There will be 12 in our party (6 adults, 6 kids ranging from 3-8), and I've been (sort of) put in charge of making ADR's. We're on the deluxe meal plan After talking to all the adults in the party, here's what I've come up with:
Mon: arrive around 1pm. Head to Epcot - dinner at Teppan Edo or International Dinner (Grand Gathering) - Haven't read stellar things about the internat. dinner. Do we have to STAND while trying to juggle dessert/drinks? The kids are going to have a hard time with that.

Tues: Head to HS. Lunch at 50's Prime time. 1900 Park Fare for dinner - hoping to get a later reservation - 6:30 or after.

Wed: Head to MK. Tony's Grand Gathering Breakfast at 9. Spirit of Aloha for dinner - 5:15 seating.

Thurs: Head to AK. Grand Gathering Safari for dinner.

Fri: Epcot again. Breakfast at Akershus. Hop to HS for Fantasmic Dinner.

Sat: MK (Last day) Breakfast at Crystal Palace. Do a few rides, then head to the airport.

Does anyone see any potential problems - are we hopping around too much? Any better suggestions?

My only input would be that you will LOVE breakfast at Akershus! Good job on that one!

parks almost eevry day and occassionally hit three parks in one day. In general your locations are combined well. MK to SOA is easy as is Epcot to DHS. DHS to 1900 Park Fare should not be hard.

I can't tell when you are going. Some of the dinner times are early, which may be because of the kids' ages, but in some parts of the year you could be missing a lot of park time.
