That's really cool!! How did you do that? Are there directions somewhere or did you just wing it?

I really just winged it for the most part after looking at that picture that was already linked to in a previous post.

Is there a meet planned? We did a meet on our Alaskan cruise last summer and it was nice to see familiar faces during the cruise. We met on Deck 10 around 2:30 or 3pm the first day. My DD liked meeting the other teenagers. I can't remember exactly where we met (near the midship elevator I think). We only hung out for 20-30 minutes--no big deal. It was just enough to say HI and put some faces with usernames. I guess we could also try the promenade lounge if that's open in port that day.

I'd love to meet on the first or second day. Maybe someone else can coordinate that since I'm doing the list and FE info? Whenever and whereever we'll be there....as long as it's not during dinner or a show.

Not sure what you mean? Were you not given access to the google doc after you posted your information? There is some incorrect information on there that needs to be deleted. A few extra posts and one cabin/party no longer going. I have seen Kimberly post on other threads but not on here for a while. For those doing one small group, do you think we should go ahead and split the groups up so if anyone is personalizing, they will know who is in their group?

Kimberly, are you going to do that soon or do you want someone else to do it since you have had to do everything on the sheet so far? Just let us know if we can help!!

Also, I think we are going to cancel our tea for the first sea day. It is for four people. If anyone is interested in the reservation, please PM me so we can coordinate then time I will cancel and hopefully you can snag it!

I just sorted them alphabetically and put first person in group 1, second in group 2, etc....That should give us a pretty good mixture of ages and experienced and new cruisers.

Someone please double, triple check me and let me know if I missed anything/anyone. Let me know if I goofed up anywhere.

If someone hasn't responded to one or two groups, I put them in one for now. Feel free to reply if you'd like to be in both groups.

I also did not place the two members that have not posted to the Google Docs in a group yet.

Last time on the Magic we did meet and greet in the Promenade Lounge which worked pretty well. We did it on day 1 which was TOO hectic! Would vote for day 2 for us for sure.

Just remembered that on a sea day, there are activities hosted during the day there so we wouldn't really know what is happening on day 2 there until we see a Navigator or could talk someone on the 6/10 cruise into getting us that info from their cruise while they are sailing so now not sure which location would work.

Regarding a meet time and place, day one might be hectic, but day 2 is unpredictable. I vote for day 1, Promenade lounge, before the muster drill. But whatever works out, I'm fine with.

On the Mexican Riviera we did it at the sail away party, it wasn't too bad but I definitely wouldn't suggest doing that again. The other two times we met in the Promenade Lounge.
