I've done WW in the past and I've been successful. I started up again on my own a couple of weeks ago (had a baby in November) and I am using my old books etc. I was just looking on the WW site and noticed something that said you can personalize your daily target points by gender, weight, height, age and how you spend your day.
Is this a totally new way of doing points? Should I go to a meeting to get new information, point sliders etc.?
