New Walls around the train station pics

I went over to MK today. I have posted the latest pictures of the walls and construction around the train station.

They also have scaffolding up on the station itself on the side of the building when you come into the parks from the ticket stands. So if you want a picture in front of the flower bed with the train station behind you now you will have scaffolding there.

I tried to take pictures from several different angles. You access the train from the left hand side. They were also working on part of the platform where you could view the parade.

I will be out of town for a few days and will take more when I return if anything changes.

thanks for the update pictures. I have to say it isn't pretty right now. Hopefully it is all worth it when there done.

I think when it is done it isn't going to look much different than it does now.

Geez - I thought it looked bad last month. Good grief - Let's hope it's done soon.

Maybe they should just change the name of the resort to Wall Disney World.

It is supposed to be like this until sometime in December.

Not sure how much work needs to be done, but when I was there in August, the train station was in desperate need of a paint job. Plus, the clock on the station was broken.

We were there this past week, and got off the train at the Main Street Station. All I have to say is Man, did it STINK!! Whatever paint or chemicals they are using are totally toxic smelling. I couldn't wait to get through there and out...holding my breath the entire time!

Your pictures are very good at keeping us up to date on the progress. Thank you for taking the time to do this. Even though there is a mess there with those walls, Disney is trying to beautify the area with beautiful yellow flowers!! Gotta Love The MOUSE!!!!

They also have some pumkins, corn stalks, etc. around the hub. It looks very nice.

Only part of the platform is available.

We watched Wishes and the parade from the platform a few weeks ago and although there is limited space it was still one of the best views IMO.
