New Vacation Package available - July 2nd for Nov 2024 onwards

I would like to know for sure.

I want to get my money’s worth and I get very thirsty, so every perk counts.
I e-mailed Tokyo Disney and this is their reply:

"
Thank you for contacting Tokyo Disney Resort.
First of all, please know that we are replying to this inquiry using an automatic translation function.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could bear with unnatural expressions in the sentence if there are any.

Also, we apologize for the late reply.

We will respond to your inquiry.

"Fantasy Springs: Enjoy Attractions Even More – 3DAYS (with Park Tickets for 2DAYS)" is a travel product that comes with a special offer for two days.
Therefore, you can use the free drink ticket for two days, the first and second days, out of three days and two nights.

Thank you for your consideration.

We hope this information is helpful.

Sincerely yours,
"

So the unlimited drinks perk only apply for 2 days, not 3 for Fantasy Springs: Enjoy Attractions Even More – 3DAYS (with Park Tickets for 2DAYS) vacation package.

Interesting that the park restaurant bookings for Vacation packages from 3 Nov are available from tomorrow, but no details yet on what the menu options and cost might be (if you have an "even more" package).

Are you saying dining reservations for vacation packages are available for after November 3rd starting tomorrow? I don't see that in the announcement page talking about the expanded menus? For some reason, I thought it was 30 days out or something like that.

Correct! It was an updated post before that one.

But It seems as though when you book you are (I think) pre-paying for a prix fixe menu

How do you guys figure out when your dates will become available. I really want to book the Unlimited DPA package for mid February. Should I be looking at the site every day? Or is there another way to figure it out.

Wow. Thanks for posting. I had no idea because I wouldn't have thought to check back given the booking window has been the same all year. It even still lists a date that is 30 days out if I go to add a restaurant to my reservation as an add on.

Now I need to decide if I am willing to miss another night's sleep. I think I plan to just go to bed and look in the morning, since I couldn't even get through until morning last time anyway. As much as I would like dining reservations, we could live without them. I also don't love pre fixe menus.

Before booking my vacation package, I checked here about once a week. It's pretty predicable when they will go up based on the timing of previous windows, but I didn't want to miss it. The latest announcements about booking are at the top. They gave enough warning that I was able to catch it before they went on sale.

I couldn't sleep, so I checked dining a 4 am. The in-park options no longer say unavailable, but nothing happens when you click on them. Did anyone have any luck?

Not yet, been trying for over 6 hours, off to bed

It's still not working. I think the website is broken, since it does the same thing on different computers and different browsers. I hope it fixes in the nightly downtime. I actually only want one dining reservation. We will do the rest with counter service, since we don't want to spend too much of our day dining. If we don't get one, we won't be that disappointed.

The overnight updates didn't fix it.

Able to access the park reservations within the vacation package on my iPhone today.
The pre-paid prices are pretty high, particularly given you don't know what it includes, for example for 2 people:

Lunch at Arendelle : 8,000 yen
Dinner at Canaletto : 16,200 yen
Dinner at Blue Bayou : 24,400 yen
Dinner at Magellans ; 34,800 yen

We will try our luck with the regular reservation process, rather than pre-pay

We had lunch at Canaletto. Got pizzas and a salad and pied much less than 16,200 yen per person. Pizza was delicious, best theme park pizza we ever had and could compare with a good pizza place outside a theme park!

Do the dinner reservations chosen adjust the VP prices? And are the dinners included or is it just a reservation. We will probably do mostly QS to sample the food but when I booked a practice reservation it gave me the option to book a bunch of these. I’m so confused. Should I just leave the reservations blank if our preferred restaurants aren’t available or we would rather do qs or should I just choose something in case we want it since it’s already included?

Yes, when you pick a restaurant through the vacation package, it adds to the price, and how much it adds varies based on which restaurants you pick. It's not included, so the package is cheaper if you pick "none." You can do reservations separately from the package that don't add to it, but must wait until the reservation window opens - I think an hour earlier than the public if you have a package is what I was told here, but haven't confirmed. If you want places that are not listed as an option, you can just select none and try to reserve those places later.

I finally updated my dining reservations. The dining is expensive. We opted for dinner spots each night, but removed lunch dining (which we had previously selected at hotels, not seeing you could select "none"), so the package went down in cost. Took a week of trying, but I didn't try yesterday. There was plenty of dining availability still.

Were you able to adjust AFTER booking, or this is just on the booking page?

- Did anyone confirm if you get early booking to book dining early if you don't put it into the package? (trying to decide what to put into package, and researching early for May. I'm wondering if there is a list anywhere of the price each restaurant adds to a package)

After booking. I've made changes to dining twice now. It's pretty easy to do, but just be prepared to float two full vacation charges while you wait for the refund.
