i did day 3 as much as i didn't want to, i pushed myself to do it. i think that the pushups are getting a little easier, but man i still have a hard time with those side lunge and arm lift things. yuck.

I still am doing them the girlie way.
I also did the treadmiil for 30 minutes before I started.
I was thinking of trying to start running too in the mornings, after reading about that couch to 5 k thing, but i am so afraid i will not get very far and my neighbours will see me run out of breath and pass out on the sidewalk or I will look silly or something.....(I know people wouldn't really look, its not like I pay attention to who is running or walking by my house, but still....)Done level 1, Day 7.......those lunge arm lifts still tough....ouch, can't wait for level 2 though!I was thinking of trying to start running too in the mornings, after reading about that couch to 5 k thing, but i am so afraid i will not get very far and my neighbours will see me run out of breath and pass out on the sidewalk or I will look silly or something.....(I know people wouldn't really look, its not like I pay attention to who is running or walking by my house, but still....)
I'll stick to scary Jillian and my rec room for now.

. My squats are getting all the way down, my forward lunges are nearly all the way down, my jumping jacks and jumprope are full energy, keeping up with the pace on the DVD.
I did level 2 for the first time yesterday and I'm sore. I was having a hard time keeping up with the modified version. I'm determined to finish this thing off in 30 days! Only 18 more days!! (I'm doing 10 days at each level)

Today will be the last time for L1! Last night for some reason seemed extra tough; but now i am down 5 lbs since starting so that re-motivated me! Soon I will be a L1 graduate - yipee! Then onto the new and exciting world of L2...........
We can do it!![]()
