I finished 30 days straight of the 30 day shred today!

I ended up losing 5.5lbs. But I lost 2 inches in my waist, 2 inches in hips, and .5 an inch in my thighs and arms. Plus my arms look leaner/more toned. I also dropped a size in pants. I'm extremely happy with the results.
I plan on doing another 30 days straight but alternating levels instead of focusing on doing each level 10 days. I was also still doing my cardio (4 mile walks) and following WW online.
