Hi all! I'm currently on WW trying to lose now 53 lbs. I could really use some support as I can't seem to get my act together. It seems like I lose 5, slip, then put on 10. I know it can work, but I seem to have trouble actually doing it! Argh!
I do post on the WW boards, but they feel like such a broken record. I also got tired of people telling me my goal was unhealthy (goal weight is 100, BUT, I am 4'10" so that is perfectly healthy for me). I'm hoping to find some support from my fellow Disney lovers!
The hardest part for me has been scheduling. I am a grad student in a Masters of Arts in Education. I teach, take classes, and work. I have been unable to work out for a couple of months due to a knee issue for which I am having surgery in August, so that has put a damper on it. It was so much easier when I worked entertainment and was dancing in three parades and two shows a day.
I'm still trying to get the lay of the land so to speak when it comes to the W.I.S.H. boards. Any tips or suggestions would be great!
