New to this board and need some navigation help

Hi,
I love looking at everyone's awesome designs on here, but I have never got any further than reading as the wealth of information is so overwhelming.

I am taking my DD(8) in October to Disney as a surprise. I am only "telling" her the night before we fly out. Every weekend she gets a Menu Night at home, meaning I draw up a menu with a list of fun meals, desserts and beverages and she gets to pick one from each category. I thought it would be fun to present her with her menu the night before we leave but to list her favorite CS locations in Downtown Disney. That way she can figure the surprise out herself. I also want to do a little pack for her with our itinerary and some journal sheets (which I got off mousesavers.com). What I need some guidance on is designing a menu which I can print on card and fold in half. I have been playing around on it for a day or so but feel like I am up against a brick wall. Please could you direct me to the right place to ask for help so that I don't post my question on an inappropriate thread. Thank you so much.

Can you list a few of her Favorite CS locations?

Earl of Sandwich is her favorite and Downtown Disney is the place we are tradtionally go on the first night as we arrive too late to justify a park ticket.

I thought I would put WPE on as well and also, just as a safety net, Sassagoula Floatworks and Riverside Mill at POR where we are staying. Just in case she is exhausted after the 9 hour flight.

The sweet treat options for "dessert" are Goofys and Candy Cauldron.

I just want to say thank you Melanie & others for all your help. I am now diligently working away at my autograph book/photobook. No pics to post yet - small disaster after about 10 hours of work on it, I discovered this afternoon that I must have selected the wrong size Emailed the online supplier and they said I can't transfer, but have to start over on the size I want. I like to think I have a good sense of humor and since there is nothing I can do about it I made a decision that, instead of I would !! So feel free to join me !

Oh hi! It was Tesco. They have a special on at the moment (until next week I think) where extra pages are half price. I specifically chose them because I can actually collect it from the store locally which is easier and they also had a hard cover in the size I wanted (the one I eventually selected the second time ). They are also doing 40 free prints with any order and since I wanted to get DD's birthday photos done, this works out great. I ended up sitting until 3 am and re-doing it. I was not satisfied until I had passed the point of where I was on the previous one. Anyway, this one looks better.

I just hope that I haven't been silly doing it a a photobook instead of putting it together myself as they didn't have have any sample books instore when I went to check the quality of the pages. Now the gamble is whether a good marker will bleed through . Also, since they are glossy, I will be hard pressed to find a pen that actually writes on them. If the worst comes to the worst I will print pages to insert in there as it is not exclusively an autograph book. Here's hoping.
