TiW is $100 for DVC members and annual pass holders. $125 for Florida residents. I don't think it is available to general public. On average its a 20% discount, so it starts saving after $500 in food and alcohol. Its annual membership so it can be used all year long, and you can use for a group as large as 10 people on one check.

It's not for sale to the general public anymore... WOW... That's a bummer! I got it in 2009 when it first came out as a non DVC, non Florida resident because I was doing two big trips with large groups of people both times, it saved me a bundle!
