Hello all,
I just wanted to introduce myself, since I'm looking forward to being an active member on the board. My mother is luvflorida, and she's been posting here for about three years, I believe. I'm visiting at home this week, so I decided to sign up and see what it's like.
I'm from Maine, but I live in Tucson, Arizona now. I moved there at the end of last summer because that is where my husband is from. We got married on October 29th, 2005, so we're still very newlyweds! At the moment we are caught up with looking for our first real teaching jobs for the fall, his in high school music and mine in high school theatre.
I graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2005, and now I'm doing a year of non-degree graduate work just to get my teaching certificate. My husband and I are both student teaching this semester, so we are very busy!
Well, I expect to start out by responding to interesting threads and probably asking for advice here and there. I look forward to meeting people, and thanks for reading my introduction!
