Yes, a culture of peace sounds horrible.
I bet I can name some people and their families in Paris that disagree with you.
Yes, a culture of peace sounds horrible.
See, it just proves people with guns are dangerous.
This isn't a discussion about cars, it's actually about security measures at the Magic Kingdom. But according to your logic, people with autos are far more dangerous.
In total there were 3250 fatalities on French roads last year.
But there is no outrage, no political grandstanding, nobody decrying the evils of car possession. In fact, I bet you and nearly every adult you know has a 5000 pound weapon.

When people start carrying cars into the themeparks then this would seem like a fair point. But according to your logic, people with autos are far more dangerous.

I don't see it as an issue considering several people have already stated it really didn't bog things down too much. And honestly, if they were to beef it up more, it might add a little bit more time, but if that's what it takes, so be it.
I have a few months before I'm even in Florida again, so who knows what will happen between then and now, but I'll take this at Disney(from what I have read from people's experiences) over TSA any day of the week.
Well this thread is insanely entertaining. From being sad about not wearing costumes to debates and name calling over gun laws. And an amazing lack of attention paid to all the posters that stated they, or someone with them was selected for security screening and it didn't effect them much at all.
Quite true. I made my one comment, which I think was even keeled, but I have held off on saying more at the risk of going off-topic.
So, outside of the safer/unsafer debate, can anyone else who is there tell us as time has progressed how the screenings are impacting, or not impacting entrance into any of the Orlando area parks. Also, can anyone, perhaps someone with a background in this area, tell if these security enhancements appear to be just temporary, or so they look like a more permanent installation is underway?
Not sure if anyone read this on the news: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...d-to-disneyland-out-of-the-country/?tid=sm_fb
This made me so sad. What have we become? Those poor kids. Just like all other kids going to Disney they want to see Princesses or Mickey, etc.
I bet theirs more to the story, a similar name, a Facebook posting, something. That won't make the front page news.
Besides a country, any country can flag and deny someone from entry, it's their perogative.
Majority of the family were small children, their visa was revoked with no reason.
That their were children honestly is irrelevant. Again a country doesn't have to give a reason.
But I'll wait for more info.
