Hello Limeys! I'm back!
I've been so busy with dance, school, and my aunt and uncle's trip.
I am currently planning it and was wondering if y'all could help me out a bit.
When you got the parks, do you bring a bag with you? If so, what do you generally put in it?
I'm asking because when I go to Disney it's just my dad and I.
But, my aunt and uncle are going with my aunt's father and their two kids (7 and 9)
And I figured since y'all have kids you would be a bit more knowledgable. So far, I've got band aids, hand sanitizer, and water bottle fans.

Oh, btw,
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
Hi Allie!!! I've Missed you!
I try to carry as little as possible in the parks. Last trip, we just took a small backpack with the camera, sunscreen, lysol wipes and sunglasses. I just got a really small camera that fits in my pocket so hopefully next trip we can slather the kids with sunscreen before we leave and not have to carry a bag at all.:woohoo: To each their own though...some people like to take snacks water, and anything they might mneeed. To me it's worth it to just buy that stuff in the park and not have to lug it around all day.

Happy Holidays to you, too!!!!:santa:

oh i forgot one thing (just a tiny one) To find a way to still go to see DONALD in December :thumbsup2

Merry Christmas Allie! Welcome back. I've missed you. I bring a bag that will hold my camera, tickets and room cards. I used to bring sunglasses, but now I have those self-adjusting glasses. Band aids an tissues are good. I know someone who always brings deodorant in her bag as well!

Sunscreen, chapstick, tylenol, phone, tickets, credit card, camera. And how come nobody standing in line ever brings deodorant with them? And I don't just mean to the park, I mean on their whole trip!:scared:

I'm sure I will be back on before Thursday, but to anyone I miss :MERRYCHRISTMAS!

Oh yeah.....all that stuff too! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: that's right I bring a bag about the size of Iowa! (Where rumor has it that it is very, very cold...even colder than Buck's County, PA, from what I hear!:teeth: )

Kat - on the headache. I've had one more days than not lately. Sometimes the tension is so bad, it hurts to open my mouth. And no, I don't need any snide comments on that regarding a)eating, b)talking or c) ;). The temptation to hit the Bailey's HARD is strong. That's the only muscle relaxer I've got in the house now.

I miss the kids' Christmas programs, but DD does have her show at Gilroy Gardens and was in a parade, and DS has written and recorded a Christmas song, so I still get some entertainment at my kids' expense.

Thanks for caring and understanding. The tension headaches and stress level increase daily it seems. Work is fun and interesting, if I can keep my mind on it. The other stuff... ouch! ANd I agree on the bottled pain killers. I carry Chip's percecet with me and it can be a strong temption. 15mg each can knock me into next week. Let alone "borrowing " 1/2 a tab of klonipin, which is a muscle relaxer that lets you sleep... ahhhh , what a dream!

If I can isolate Krista's solo, I'll send it to ya. Just don't expect it quickly!

Welcome back. Sorry about the "headache"! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: on the week off. I'm sure your children will come up with plenty of things to keep you from becoming bored!

Oh, yeah. Lots of cuddle & snuggle time, besides hellping with reading, room cleaning and clothes sorting. I am surprised how much Krista has grown and how little in long sleeve shirts I have for her. She is in uniform school, so not many extras!

Kat's kids keep her from being bored NEVER :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I hear ya on the tension headaches. Got that everyday here. Especially since dh is home ALL the time now.. So now I have 5 kids and yes i'm counting the dog too he can be a big pita as well... I did make cookies and hard candy all day today.. Now i'm tired. Mike tried to file his unemployment all day today and the server was busy. Does that tell you how many people are unemployed in Michigan. The big 3, the steel mill, and I just heard that BASF is shutting down for 2 weeks.. Thats my whole city.. Its gonna be a ghost town around here.. We did hear that Mike's plant should be up and running by March 1 and he has to start 2 weeks prior. So If he makes it that long we are hoping and praying that it pans out. We will either go broke or we'll drive each other to the looney bin..

Wow! I hadn't heard about his job, but had been wondering. We can change hubbies if you wish though! Yeah...right! I heard that head shake & shriek all the way here on the east coast!:headache:

Welcome to the world of having the male in the way daily. It is horrible and I do feel for you. We did no money from Nov - Late April this year. It is so scary. and not to hot on having him be the kids main care giver. :scared1:

OK Nick and Em are frosting my cookies for me

Anyone want one? :lmao:

Yes please!! Can I have them all? Then I can really complain about weight gain.

This is on our schedule also. Maybe tonight at my moms but gotta be soon for the milk and cookie treat for Santa!~:goodvibes

And for those who want to really dislike me...:confused3

Here is a Christmas escape the room thing I found on the CB! http://neutralxe.net/esc/xmas2.html

Also a listing for a free game called escape the museum. It is a download, but the kids & I have had a great time looking for things in the hidden pictures!

http://www.spintop-games.com/puzzle_game_download/escape_the_museum.html

You can google and find the one site you like & trust best. Lots are offering it now for free. I got it from gamehouse since they are having a free download game a day.
