New rule change

I just found out about the new rule change. That's a bummer. I did this quite frequently to extend vacations or make vacation plans for friends. It kind of puts a damper on the flexibility of the whole program.

This won't affect me too much since we will be selling our DVC in 2 years.

I think this horse has been flogged enough, and I don't quite see it as a "new rule" but just the enforcement of one that was already in place and ignored. I certainly don't see how it makes DVC any less flexible. You can still rent points out or in. The only thing that has really changed is that they are now enforcing the one in and out transfer rule, and they are no longer allowing renters to talk to MS. Nothing all that earth shattering.
