New renting rule?

Sorry - I've been off the board for a few months and out of the rental loop I guess - where can I find the new rental rules? I do rent to family about once a year and every 2 years or so find myself with some additional points which I rent on the DVC rent/trade board. Is this no longer allowed?

No real new rental rules.

You just can't be what they concider a comercial renter.

They big rules being discused on the boards are the crack down on the 1 transfer per useyear rule. Thats not new either just being enforced more now.

Also Members are the only ones allowed to call MS (again not a new rule just now enforced ) so you would have to make any and all change request for your renters.

Actually it's a new rule that is a return to an old rule. It is not a rule that has been in place all along and just now being enforced.

Based on what you describe, Disney's new enforcment of it's old rule won't have any effect on you at all.
