New POP Fridge Swap, Anyone? UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT

Just wanted to say thanks again! The fridge was wonderful to have! There are plenty of info sheets in it for the next swappers, a marker, tape, wipes, and even some lime green mickey heads! We passed along a few water bottles to buzz, hopefully, he can use them too! What a wonderful and generous idea! THANK YOU JENNIFER!!!!

Hi everyone!

Our swap has been going for six months plus and it's still going strong ~ YEAH! As much as I have enjoyed organizing the swap and helping everyone save money on a Disney fridge, I would like to turn over the reigns to someone new. Currently, I have dates booked through January 14, 2008 (can you believe it!?). We are planning a trip the beginning of February, and unless someone else steps up to take over the swap, will end it with the conclusion of our trip then.

So anyone currently on the swap or anyone looking to start one for 2008, all the leg work has already been done, just contact me about managing it going forward and I'll pass the torch!!

Hi all! Just returned from WDW and got to use our POP fridge! The fridge we were using went AWOL, but as luck would have it, two days before our trip, POP Lost & Found called saying they had found our fridge. So....I used it during our trip and passed it on to Suzanne (firesongmd) who has it now. It's in great shape, complete with wipes, pen, and sheets for the outside of the box. Only thing it could use is some packing tape for sealing up the box.

Also, Luggage Service is now requiring "Name, Arrival Date and Reservation Number" on all boxes so be sure to get that from the person you're swapping with. Might also be a nice idea for a tip when you deal with Luggage Service, they're doing us all a big favor by 'participating' in the swap too...you're using the fridge free anyway, couldn't hurt, right?

Not sure. Another Disser is taking over the swap shortly, so you'll probably need to check back later. The swap has been going on since February and is spoken for through January, so it's likely it could make September 08. Good luck!
