I'm curious about the bandana thing too. Has anyone ever done that? Maybe at the chapeau where you make your own Mickey ears?

Unfortunately, the only thing that can be embroidered at the Chapeau are Mickey Ears. Since it's a computerized system, it cannot be adjusted for other materials or fabrics. However, they do embroidery at DTD - maybe someone can speak to if they've ever had a bandana done.

DTD should have the same system as chapeau. in fact it had it first, along with head to toe at DHS which is actually where i'd recommend trying something like that first since the whole intent of that shop is to embroider various items.

anyway, it just needs to go into an embroidery hoop so i imagine a bandanna wouldn't have a problem with that. they definitely do not like to embroider items that they can't replace if it gets messed up. that's one restriction i know of.

I have a question concerning the park hours on the day of MNSSHP and our Pirate's League ressie. I have tickets for MNSSHP on Sept. 11. I also have a ressie for the Pirate's League at 3:30 and then an ADR at Crystal Palace at 4:55. If they clear the park out and close it before 4pm, how am I supposed to get into the park for my Pirate's League ressie? Thanks so much for all of your help! April

they do not clear the park out for the parties. even if they did, it'd be closer to 7 pm. as long as you have your wristband by 7 pm, you have nothing to worry about at all in that respect.

We have a reservation for our two girls at 3:35pm on 1 October before MNSSHP. Then DH saw the pictures and wanted to do it to. So I rang back but the closest time i could get is 2:40pm. Will we be able to go in with DH and wait for the girls turn at 3:35pm. And then will Dh be able to wait with us for the girls to be made up?

When you arrive for DH's reservation, let the Quartermaster (front desk) know that you had to make separate reservations for everyone, if there is room available they may be able to take the girls with DH (or visa versa if you check in for DH). If there is not room, then of course you would be able to wait during the different transformations, there are lots of places to sit inside The Pirates League!

Just booked my DD and DH for this on 10/9 @ 6pm. Right before MNSSHP and after dinner! They wanted me to do it too. I would have but I thought w/ a baby it wouldn't be good. She rubs on my face a LOT. I guess we can be their captive instead. Now I've got to make costumes.

This is so great. I can't believe my DD decided on this instead of BBB. She must really be a "DADDY's GIRL".

They have a empress package. that is what my daughter will be getting. They do make up and paint nails and use face gems. I am sure I am leaving something out but that is the just of it.

This is great news. I'm taking my seven year old grandchildren back to Disney in April and they will love this. They did the Pirate Cruise last year and had a blast!

They have a empress package. that is what my daughter will be getting. They do make up and paint nails and use face gems. I am sure I am leaving something out but that is the just of it.

The Empress is demonstrated on the far left side of my signature. The whole experience will take about 30-45 minutes for the Empress (once you get inside and sat with a pirate master).

Brenna - If we are bringing our own costume, is it better to wear it to the League or change there?

If the League is busy, then you'll be asked to change in the restrooms (around the corner) before starting. Otherwise, you will be able to change in one of our powder rooms.

So it depends on when you're appointment is. If it's in the next month then you'll probably be able to change in the league, but if it's in September or later (especially on a MNSSHP) then I'd change before arriving.

Two more questions...when I make my dining adr's can I book this at the same time? If so, is this a popular hard to get experience (i.e. like trying to get Le Cellier for dinner)? I am trying to determine in what order to make my adr's...of course, I want to do the most popular first.
