I received an email with the offers yesterday. When I clicked to claim the offer, my pin code was preloaded. It then asked for my last name and zip code. It came back with a message saying that I couldn't be verified. The email was sent to me at my regular email address. Any ideas about what is wrong?

I want to check some dates/ hotels from work and can't stay on hold on the phone.

Thanks if you have any insight or advice.
 
Those who are getting pins in an email, do you already have your trips booked? I haven't booked our trip yet and I'm wondering if that is why I haven't received an email with a pin!! :confused3
 

OMG! I just looked and saw I got one too! DH & I have been taking a late August anniversary trip the past few years. But this year I was going to move our trip to December. I guess it was not meant to be!! I will move the dates to late August and then see if I get something similar for December!

I can tell you that my Mom did none of the above. We actually just got back a couple weeks ago (reservation was in my name) and she hasn't been or looked at anything since April.
 
are these mostly email or snail mail? I am booked with spd...but FD would knock approx $700 more off. That would ROCK MY WORLD:p

No advice but I am having the same problem. Will let you know if they can fix it.
 
I got the pin in my email yesterday. Just rebooked & saved! I had to adjust our days by 1 day so that we could get the discount on all 7 nights! Now I just have to update my ticker...

maybe try with a different computer? I tried this morning on my iphone and it wouldn't go past that first screen but it did on my computer. & then just recheck the code #, spelling of your name (could it be under your maiden name if you have one?), old zip code?
 
Got the PIN in an email last night!! :cheer2::hyper: Didn't actually see it till this morning. Took the room only discount and applied it to the trip we already have booked for April. It only required us to shift our days a bit- thank heaven for the flexibility that retirement brings. It's saving us over $600 on our stay at POFQ. DH will be thrilled when I tell him.

Now the bad news- I have to cancel all of the ADRs I made this morning. :sad1: THAT will teach me- I didn't check my email first (in my defense, it was 7:00 am and I hadn't even had my coffee yet).

I had the same problem- I thought it was because it wouldn't recognize my Canadian postal code. So I had to phone- no problem re-booking with the PIN over the phone.

Yes, we already had a trip booked. I thought for sure I wouldn't get a usable PIN once I did this, but when I checked my email this morning, there it was! As for if and when you might get a PIN, there doesn't seem to be any rhyme nor reason. I've gotten them when we have no plans, when we're in the middle of planning, and when we've already booked. So :confused3 just hang in there.

Just a thought: is it possible the PIN is actually for someone else? Have you ever traveled/ booked with someone else? The PIN could actually be for them.

I traveled with my DD & her ex husband 2 years ago. Now I get emails & Pins for them at my email. :furious: I had tried to book thru the link in my name & it gets rejected. Their last name & zip code gets accepted. So frustrating. I am at the point of cancelling that email & making a new one for myself. :rolleyes2

No WDW trip booked right now and my wife received the PIN email last night. I do have a Disney cruise booked but I'd be surprised if there is any relationship between that booking and WDW PINs.

It has never worked for me and I've used 4 PINs over the years. They are mine, in my name, with my address, it just doesn't like my postal code. You'd be best off just to call and book it that way. They can price it out for you very easily and once you get your confirmation you can look it over and make sure everything's right.

I hate booking over the phone if I can book online but I'd hate to lose out on a deal because I waited on a tech problem. If you really want it, I'd say just call.
 
I got the pin code and I was able to click through and price out different scenarios.

I found that my current zip code didn't work. We moved about 4 years ago and I tried my old zip code and that didn't work. I then tried my work zip code for the fun of it and that one WORKED!! It was my old work address (but same zip code to new work address). I don't ever remember having anything sent to my work!! Although maybe in my attempt to generate a pin code I logged in with my work email/address????

Hi! My sister and I and kids were last at WDW in June. I placed the reservation and paid for it. We had 2 rooms, one room in her name and one in mine.

Yesterday, I rec'd a pin to my email address, with my home address, but my sister's name. Is this her pin code or mine?
