We just passed ROFR on a BWV contract. We lost our first two contracts thru the ROFR process, so we are VERY excited 
. But...we had hoped to be in the system and making ressies by now 
. That's okay, we're thrilled with this contract, the only problem is our April trip.
Our plan was to stay at ANY DVC property for 4 days (either studio or 1BR) and 4 days at Vero in a Deluxe Inn Room during the last week of April. By the time we close, we probably won't be able to make ressies until late October. First question...do we stand a chance if we're not picky? I know we won't get BWV...but we probably will waitlist for a studio or 1 BR std. view. I think that is pretty unlikely, but heck it's worth a try. We'd be happy anywhere though at this point.
Second question...we are a June u/y on this contract. In the future, if we want to travel in April, can we make our 11 month ressies at BWV even though we're borrowing points? In other words...say we want to stay at BWV late April 2006, can we call MS and say their we're borrowing points for 4/06 and make the ressies in May 05? Thanks for the advice. Wasn't sure how it worked w/ borrowed points, thought maybe we had to wait until 11 months out from our u/y. Hope this question makes sense LOL!
