I booked mine directly through the website, granted it was right when they updates went through, and it is not linking correctly for me. Should I just keep trying everyday until it does? I need to put in a room request due to a disability, but can't get in to do it.
Just call and add your room request. I don't think you can add it in until online check in time anyway now that it's booked (unless that changed with the new website). They can add it on there over the phone with ease!
Lots of people are having trouble linking their reservations, including me!
