How do you get your arms and legs toned?

mostly from sports and yoga. =)
i basically just to go my schools gym and lift weights for toned arms. my legs are toned from running a lot and doing yoga. it also helps that i have basketball and volleyball practice often
 

I exercise. I usually walk close to two miles during my day. I can't sit down long, so I walk while I wait for posts. I walk while I'm on the phone, and stuff like that.

Drat, with the kids tomorrow. I'm gonna sit faaaaaaaaaar away from the stage where they have the Bill-E and Joey show, because it sucks, alot.
 
I hardly have any muscle haha.
Once school starts that'll change. I'll be in PE

I almost cried while watching Exit Wounds.
But I didn't want my mom thinking something was actually wrong with me if she walked in and I was like sobbing uncontrollably. xD

That was horribly sad.
Worse than when Rose and the Doctor were seperated...

my first elective alternative is beginners weight training..So if I get it..I'll be muscle. :cool2:
 
I like running. But I can only do it at like my leisure (spelling?) which is like 2 times around a track, otherwise I'll like...pass out.

I should take a picture of my arms tensed and untensed to see if anyone could spot a difference. xD
