New member-early arrival question.

Only our second trip to BWV, and I wondered if we showed up to check in at 9am so we can walk to EPCOT, can we make all our requests then? Can we expect that because we are so early, they will be met? It would just be non-smoking and a higher floor. I don't expect a room then, just would like to put "dibs" on especially a non-smoking room.

I would have your requests added to your reservation by calling Member Services. All the times I have stayed at BWV (6) my room was preassigned. As far as getting your requests, alot depends on how many people are checking out on your arrival day. There are alot of checkouts on Friday, so if you arrive on Friday there will be more open rooms.
