First I'd like to thank everyone for answering my questions about DVC prior to my trip. I have another question. My paper work came today and it says im building 5C, where is this building located. Will this always be my building location or is it just aasigned for the paperwork. I also received a litho of SS and a backpack. First trip will be family gathering in December 2005. Of course I may have to take a quikie trip to check out SS and a barrier free room for my son. Susan

While your deed will show that you own a % of a specific building or unit at a DVC resort, you may never actually stay in that building. The ownership is simply to fulfill the legal description of your ownership.
