That's just it, it WASN'T handled at all. I went to bed shortly after you did. With 1800 people in the chat, there was no way they were going to open it up for 1.00 booking. They do have the right to end the promotion.

you're right, they do have the right to, but at what cost? don't they care about how many people they just ticked off? and how fast word of mouth spreads when it is negative....

since the offer is still up on the homepage, I have to wonder if there is still going to be SOMETHING, but who knows. I'm not going to stay glued to my computer anymore waiting for it. if I get lucky, then so be it.

I rewatched the videos and now know for sure what the clue is.It is all about the monks. We all have to pray really hard and wait for divine intervention to start the deal on our computer. I think I need to go to church today.

I was here for the thursday night thing & sat here for 27 hours yesterday (from midnight night before til 3AM next night) and at 2:50AM, I did get a clock show up but for just 3 minutes. I type very very fast (100 wpm), and was shaking, and got all the way to the end. I even filled out the survey, and hit 'book' (my credit card bill with 6.00 even showed up) with 3 seconds to spare & then it said, "sorry end of promotion" in that blue box thing. WTH? I thought the survey & 'book' was the end of what I needed to do.

Just got off the phone with them....they said the promotion has definitely been cancelled. Also stated that they will be going bankrupt after the lawsuit.

gee, it makes me wonder if they didn't do all this because they knew they were in trouble before the dollar rooms, maybe they want a "bailout", or to count it all as some kind of loss taxwise, who knows. it makes me leary of dealing w/ them even if they don't go under.

For those asking what happened.... in a nutshell the deal went off sometime in the wee hours of the morning, lots of people didnt see it or were timed out even though they shouldnt have been and now the promo is cancelled

You’ll remember them from the bad site, but how many will think “hey, I didn’t get lucky” and will go back for their business just because when they think of travel agency, their name will pop-in the first…

I did. I woke my husband at 3AM. He called them, they said, 'sorry not in the system, but there will be another 15 minutes coming up sometime in the next 24 hours.'

We got the clock and about 3:30 minutes to book after the ONE video stopped. Then, as we were entering our info the clock disappeared at about the 3:00 minute mark. So there was definitely a PROBLEM.


Frustrating and Disappointing. Especially after being up for two nights.

I can't even describe how awlful I feel. I can't believe I wasted a day of my life and my families lives over it. I sat at the computer for 25 hours. I passed out knowing that it would go a minute after I fell asleep. On Fri I waited and fell asleep at 1:10 and missed it. THen signed on 1 minute after it went in the am. I felt so close and I just thought I would make sure I was on for a chance at it Mon. I never thought a company would lead people on with emails and be so deceitful. It will take 3 days of sleep for me to recover and I'll never have yesterday back with my family. My DH is furious with me. I thought he would feel sorry for me, but he is just mad. He asked "what are you doing today? Looking for BigFOot?"

Yeah I am surprised how much the values went up !!! I booked the 4/3 deal at Pop and figured it was a great deal when I added 2 10/day non-expiry hoppers to that, so i'm happy with it

Well, I went ahead and booked us at the Sheraton on points and points and cash for our stay in Maui... I'm not wasting another 24 hours on the chance they might offer something.... no way...

On the plus side I was very surprised to see how many points I had!

okay so the just im getting is that it may or may not have run for a very limited time at 3 in the morning.....but definitely not 15 minutes....it may or may be the end of the promotion and people may or may not be talking about a lawsuit. lol
