I am honestly becoming really frustrated trying to get this bag. I've been trying for a year both online and when I was in the park last October.

I've set my alarm many times in the middle of the night only to see "sold out" and one time "add to bag" but it wouldn't add

I said it once but I'll say it again since its helpful information - Disney online restocks are not specific to a certain day like releases are. They could literally restock any item on any given day without notice. It's not limited to Mondays.

Turk - these bags seem to be different. They are pulled from the website each time they sell out. After the next days refresh, you cannot see them on the website under haunted dooney or new arrivals. So essentially they are releases each time they are in stock.

You're free to think that, but my experience tells me you're wrong. I learned this and became an expert during the Frozen craze last year trying to get stuff for my daughter. The bags were "released" last week. If they pop up again, it will be on a random morning. There will be no email, it will not be a "release". They will just show back up on the site.

The same thing happened for the Elsa dresses, the dolls, etc. until it got so crazy that Disney changed their entire release procedure and started restocking Frozen items at random times during the day since everyone was stalking the website at 3am.

Things are removed the day after they sell out when the site refreshes, but that doesn't mean the next time they go up they're considered a 'release'. It's a 'restock'.

And yes, the website updates with new releases and restocks at 3am ET/12am PT but sometimes will not show up in searches for 10-15 minutes. Updates are Mon-Fri and very rarely Saturday and Sunday.

My tote is supposed to be delivered today. I'll take pictures in case people are on the fence because of the size.

I think (but not sure) that I'll wait and see if the the purses are available at Disneyland when I go in 2 weeks. I'll be there for 5 days, so hopefully I'll get lucky. Seeing them in person will help me decide if I think the crossbody or lc is worth the money.

I'd love to see pictures of the tote - we leave Wednesday (!!!) so I'm hoping to get one at the parks, but if not I'll keep looking online. I'm trying to decide between the tote and the letter carrier. I have the smith bag (from last year) and feel like it's too big for every day use. The tote is only slightly smaller dimension wise and I want something I can use all the time.

My tote and wristlet were delivered on Friday! I can't believe they came that fast.

The tote is big, but I normally carry big bags so it is perfect for me. I am using the wristlet as a wallet, and for that it is a little big, but until they make an actual wallet, it will work.

Overall very pleased with my purchases. The placement of the Dooney label is straight on both & I LOVE the purple interior.

Good luck to those who are still searching. Persistence pays off. It took me a year and I finally got one!

I just wanted to add that people who are looking at the Smith vs. Tote... The height of the tote doesn't bother me. It's the width that makes it seem so cumbersome. (Hopefully I'll get used to it!)

So if you're looking at a Smith because it's smaller (meaning you can fold the flap down), keep in mind it's still going to be huge because the width will be so big, an inch more than the tote.
