New Guide Letter...

So we got a letter in the mail today telling us who our new guide is- we loved our old guide so I guess I have a certain "expectation"

Does anyone have any experience with Aldemar Ramirez?

Also, I had been speaking with another guide that our former guide recommended- can we switch guides if we want to?

Yea, call member service and ask them to change your guide to the other person. Just let them know that the other one came highly recommended by people you are close too. It is easy for them to change guides for you. We were in a similar boat. Our guide moved up in DVC/DVD and we never meshed with the new one. Not a bad guy just never a connection. Also keep in mind that while they call them guides they are nothing more then salesman. So if you are highly unlikely to buy direct again you will never actually deal with him. So it may not be worth the trouble to change...
