Will it be open for our trip in July? Any links to any menus or info?

From everything I've read, Be Our Guest (TS/CS) and Gaston's (supposedly CS) won't be open until late 2012. Rumors have circulated about potential soft openings as early as Nov (pre-Thanksgiving), but Voyage of the Little Mermaid ride is the only thing I've heard rumored to open in FLE over the summer. There have been no menus released or anything like that- so it's all just speculation at this point.

We don't have any idea when it will open, but Disney says "late 2012" for that section. No menus and no dining plan info yet.

We are going to be there in early November... hopefully that will be "late" enough!
