My family is planning our next trip to WDW for August 2009, and I am hoping for some recommendations in the ADR arena.

We have previously done Crystal Palace and The Lands, but generally hit up the quick service meals cause we are in a rush to see/do everything in 7 days..

Our next trip is 15 days though so we will have plenty of time to do everything.

The kids are 9 and 11... and are very adventurous eaters..

They do want to do the Japanese restaurant in Epcot.. but what else would be good for them?

San Angel Inn in EPCOT is beautiful -- although the restaurant is indoors, it looks like you're dining in an outside courtyard at sunset overlooking a mayan temple and volcano. The food is traditional mexican, not tex-mex, so don't expect burritos, ground beef, and cheddar cheese. It's great for lunch to escape the hot weather.

'Ohana is a wonderful experience if you like meat. All you can eat grilled meat, wonderful appetizers, and the Banana Foster Bread Pudding is the best dessert in WDW. All that plus entertainment for the kids and a great view of Wishes.

Sci-Fi Dine-in is fun with the kids. This is another restaurant that, while indoors, is themed to being outdoors at night. There is a large drive-in movie screen showing funny clips from old movies. The tables are themed to classic cars, although you have your choice of sitting around a standard table or sitting on bench seats two-to-a row facing the screen. If you go with the second option, you and your SO can get a little private time while your kids sit in front of you and watch the movies.

We are trying Yak and Yeti for the 1st time this trip. Looks good and the reviews have been promising as well.

If they are adventurous eaters and really appreciate good food, since they will both be ten or older next July you might consider V&A. They will have to realize they will be there for about 2½ hours and can be conversation-level sounds only and no running around.
