I can't believe with all Dznefreeks Photo talent he didn't make it look like a resort instead of just a sign.

To change the subject from DVC-Mars, After looking at that area around the sign and the flags, I predict that they are building a central DVC sales center to prepare for future growth and to take away from Bonnett Creek.

When I saw it I just know that is what it is. I think sign could still be for a new resort. If it is at the Contemp. They would have to build a new central sales center for pre sales, as it will be at least 2-3 years from demo and erosion control to keep that much new weight from sliding into Bay Lake before they could even start construction. (this is if it is the propose tower that has been rumored on these boards.) SSR will be sold out before the next one starts at this rate.

As I rode by the wings on a boat Friday night I could see into the wing rooms there by the lake and monorail pillars. It looked like the top right unit was a suite of some sort. I did not remember those units being like this before. It almost looked like a DVC unit, but it could just be wishful thinking.

I wonder if there is any connection to the display Disney is planning to unveil in Detroit on Thursday for Superbowl weekend? There is to be some kind of huge display projected onto the side of a building. I just heard a snipet about it on our local news.

No change to the sign as of Saturday...

But, my guide did say that she thinks they will no longer move from resort to resort when selling new DVC properties. She said they spent a heck of a lot of $$ building the current SSR sales center, and that Disney is not keen on spending all this $$ on new sales structures.

Now, whether this would work in theory, I don't know, but I thought it was interesting.

Well it will be a picture of the winner of the Super Bowl.

He will most likely get free 150 buy-in point to the DVC on top of his Millions he gets for playing as well.

I just won the Super Bowl and now I'm going to Disney and staying at the SSR.
