New DVC in Maryland?

I have not seen anything posted here about the news last friday of Disney purchasing 15 acres of land on Maryland to build a new resort. Does anyone knows if it will be part DVC or only hotel?
Will there be enough interest on a timeshare in Maryland? Judging for the lack of news on this board on the subject it looks like there is not really much hype about this among DVC fans.
I would say I could try maybe once a resort in that area, but won't feel like purchasing or anything.

I'm pretty sure this is the same as the new hotel in Washington D.C that was talked about all last week

Disney hasn't announced any specific plans for the 15 acres. Yesterland speculates that Disney will include a DVC part: http://www.yesterland.com/harbor.html

Well thanks for the info. I made it only to page 4 and saw nothing on this. Again, it has not cause the same hype other announcements made before with pages and pages written about it.
