Hi! Can anyone suggest an EPCOT view room at the Dolphin that has been renovated- two doubles- and maybe an upgrade to balcony? Balcony would be so nice- what are my chances for a Thursday checkin? I have gold status thru Feb.

on topic, why no 4 plus a crib at the Swan???I've always wondered that....

We just booked the swan for april 6 - apr 14. I do have some questions, if someone could help. They told my dh to call the disney desk at the swan directly to pre purchase the UPH. Does this qualify for the reduced price and will they take our last day off since we are checking out early. Also can you get disney dollars there. Is it strictly cash for dollars, or can you charge them to your room. I want the ds to have their own money for snacks etc. Also does the pool stay open later during holiday times. I am sure I will have more questions too. Thanks.

As some of you may know my step mother has been battling breast cancer that has matastised to her bones...well this past weekend things seemed to take a turn for the worse....nausea and vomiting for 4 days....she had 2 spinal taps and a brain scan this week....She was supposed to be released today and things were OK....well this morning my dad got a call from her that she needed him to come to the hosptial because she needed to talk to him alone......

Earlier this morning the doctors said they had gotten a final report back on the second spinal tape...she has a rare form of brain cancer that will shorten her life dramatically....they didn't give them any definate time frame...but about 6 mos ago after making it 6mos with her second bout of breast cancer, they told her they hadn't expected her to live 3mos...we are currently at month 14...so I'm expecting the time to be short....

Any how thanks for letting me ramble...and for your prayers..

My cousin and I are trying to find a good airfare for a quick trip to Tampa this coming week to visit my dad. It is a last minute idea so the fares right now are too high. If we can go, I'm thinking a quick overnight to WDW with a S/D stay would be possible and a day at Busch Gardens. It is just fun thinking it might be possible.
