Any recent experiences at MCO since construction started?

We're flying MCO to PHL on Saturday to go home via Southwest. Just wondering what kind of delays to expect from the construction project that recently started. Is the recommended extra 30 minutes (so for us that's 2.5 hours before flight) enough? Anyone have a recent experience to share?

Can't speak to delays as I haven't flown Southwest in years, but they started with the trams to the gates that Southwest uses. There is currently only one tram running out to those gates, so you definitely want to allow extra time.

When I landed last week on SW, there was a large crowd waiting for a tram to the baggage area. They were also running a bus to that area. I flew home on SW on Saturday afternoon (Dec 13) and it was crowded, but not too bad at all of a delay. You might have to wait for a second tram potentially. 30 minutes should be plenty of extra time.
