New Digital Camera

Help, my digital camera died and I am looking for another one for our Disney trip in 2 weeks! I need help. What type of digital camera (point and shoot) camera do you have that you love?

I had a Cannon PowerShot 1100IS, it was ok but I think I want something different.

I ordered a NIkon CoolPix 600 to replace the Cannon and I used it for Easter and I hate it. So it will be returned to the store ASAP.

I am looking for great quailty pictures, easy to use, $150-$200 price range. We are members of Costco, so that is usually where we find the best deals.

I am also looking for a new camera. I have an old Canon powershot A75 with only 3.2 megapixels!! I want a great new camera for Disney this time!! I want pics of fireworks and pics that I can enlarge if I choose too!!

I bought the Canon ELF for Disney and it was GREAT!!! Small and good pictures.

Definately recommended it!

I LOVE my Canon PowerShot A1000 IS! It has a great image stabilizer feature, a ton of settings (including nighttime and fireworks!!), 10 megapixels....it's rated as a recommended by buy Consumer Reports for the low price (under $200), dependability and quality of pictures. It also has a video setting, and is small enough for your pocket with no problem.
