I love the parks and try to see through any issues there as not that big a deal. Overall I am not really that bothered by anything on my Disney vacation. The food court is under renovation, I need to mobile order, turns out I learned to love mobile ordering. The company is really good on the second effort.
The media side however, seems to be a magnet for legal problems.
The decision makers in the company act with total impunity toward shareholders and fans. So many things have gone wrong it the past few years that were entirely avoidable. I am not a business person but I can't believe that Disney is in the mid range of legal problems compared to peers. It is just so disappointing to see so many issues.
I wonder if there is a majority on the board that see this as an actual priority for the future CEO?
Just wondering what anyone else's thoughts are on the subject of the future direction at the top.

Avoiding costly legal issues is always a concern for the management of any company. However that is really impossible in today's litigious world. The key is for management to gauge when the up side is better than the down side. Avoiding litigation is pretty much impossible.

I’m with you on this one, your always going to ruffle feathers on either side and you ruffle feathers if you do nothing so its really a no win situation for most companies not just Disney.
Disney is just a polorizing company so there always going to be in the news. Negative news gets you way more clicks than good news so there always hunting for dirt.
