Now its just a waiting game and making sure I have everything, what I found funny was my wife is already packed, suitcase is ready to go. She even has our daughter packed and ready to go.

I think if you went with ehr. It is not that much of a slide and the Lifegaurds could advise you.

There a small Kiddee pool ansdshe can have fun there.

What is this nasty rumour I am hearing about some nasty tropical storm heading that way soon.......that is not what I had in mind when I planned a vacation..lol. More of my plans have been ruined this year due to the weather than I can ever remember. I hope it will just go away.

Yeh! Noon news said Fabian could be classified as a Hurricane by the next day or two. Computer Models have it heading our way. Even if it misses us it will mean a lot of rain. Fabian is missing all th Islands and that is not good news for us. It is on the track that Andrew was on.

People are in Red Cross Sheters now because of the flooding down in the Disney area. They have had the last two days of good weather to get some of the lakes pumped down. The outlook for this weekend is good so it will be nice to have a weekend we can go do something. Maybe if I went to the beach and called it dirty names it would go away. LOL

I was being silly asking you for a boat, but may need it. LOL

A couple of newbie WLers here! We have a long time to wait compared to the September folks, but we are sure excited and planning like crazy already. I have really enjoyed lurking on this thread and it has helped so much. I feel like I know you all now!

The pictures everyone has are so exciting! My desktop is filled with the smiling faces of everyone's families on their glorious Disney vacations! Oh, BTW, JBurke, the pictures of yours (I think they are like 90, 91 ish) with all the characters on the boat . . . where is that? It looks wonderful!

I read the whole thread, but didn't take notes (dummy!) so now I feel very overwhelmed. So, I am hoping for some special WL Vets secrets about the beautiful Wilderness Lodge!

Well as you can tell by this thread it is filled with many happy WL Vets. Any question you have , just ask away and someone will give you the facts.

You will fall in love with the Lodge and thank your lucky stars you made the decision to stay there.

So just jump in and don't be concerned your asking something someone else has already asked as we love talking about our vacation "Home".
