Good Morning All,

Disbug...I have decided that you are my Disney hero....you really seem to have it all together.......and youare just so pleasant too!!!

Fred, .....I had no idea that you were close to JBJ........I AM a die-hard fan (much to my husbands dismay). Had I known you lived so close I would of nagged you about it sooner...LOL. If I could figure out how to out his pic up I would of given you a mental breakdown a long time ago...LOL. Sorry I haven't sent any pics yet....I diid try to work on it last night but was having difficulties....I will try again.

Now since we are two die hard fans, don't you think we owe it to ourselves to somehow figure out how to get a picture on our siggies??? And it would be interesting to see how Majestic would handle it! I think we need tutoring from Kimmar on how to get them in there!
Majestic- Soon as we get those JBJ pics in, we'll let you know. And I'm courious about what you are up to now?????

We were there last year during Jersey week - It was also Soaps weekend. I was pretty crowded at MGM but wasn't too bad at the rest of the parks. Certainly more crowded than normal for November.

I have only gone in the summer before. I am looking forward to see what it's like going in the fall. I am really wondering about how the weather will be. Is it warm enough to go swimming in the afternoon the 1st week of Nov?

The weather was great. We went swimming almost everyday. I did notice that many people were dressed in long sleeves and pants and some even had jackets on. We, of course, were dressed in shorts and short sleeves and were dying as it was pretty hot. I guess the southerns thought it was cool, but us northerns just loved the hot weather. We took long sleeves and pants but never worn them. Take rain gear. The only time we got cold was in the evening after it rained and we were wet (even with the rain gear). We just went back to the resort, changed our clothes, and back out we went.

You're going to love it in the fall. I think the end of October, beginning of November is the best time to go. When we left Pittsburgh for our trip last year it was 30 degrees. It was so great to get off that plane into 80 degree weather.

Thanks for the info. I want my little ones to be able to enjoy the pool a little and from what you said it should not be a problem. We are arriving on a Sunday and leaving on Saturday so hopefully it won't be too crowded during the weekdays.

Seeing your countdown ticking down is get me excited about going.

Been real busy with end of summer projects, but I have been reading these posts everyday.

Majestic: Since this is our first trip to WDW and the Lodge, I will send you a photo as soon as we get back. I've checked out the photo site, and it looks great, but when I noticed that everyone had a Disney background, I knew I'd have to wait a month to send mine in.

I've also checked out the chat room a time or two, but no one was there when I last checked in.

Can't wait for Labor Day Weekend, 'cause it means we're going to be at the Lodge by the following weekend!

I got to go now, and organize all my little post-it notes on things to do at check-in, things not to miss at the lodge, tours to schedule, ya da ya da ya da! Sold my Nascar tickets on EBay, now I have even more money for my trip, Yahoo (no, wait...that's another web site!)

majestic I am intrigued by your "plan"... will keep checking back to find out what it is! The best photos you want forwarded... are these from WDW or strictly WL? I have at least 2 of the balcony view photos I can send.

We are going back to WL (actually VWL) Nov 23-26th. We may be back before then. We are going to MNSSHP on Oct 3rd and I still have not decided on our accomodations for that Fri - Sun, so we may be at the WL then. (WISH I could go Labor Day weekend!)

I will have to go back a few pages to find the link to this chat room and pop in. I enjoy reading this thread and the people who take the time to post!

Send me your ten best Disney photos. Not just of the Lodge. Also, get me any balcony pics with room numbers. I am going to start a database. Lots of work to do it but will pay out in the long run and help many others. Besides, lots of fun doing it.

As for the other projects I have in the works....one I will be unvailing before I leave....the other must wait till I get back but I DO want Corky and the others that will be there at the same time to help. This will be a cool one. Trust me.

Rugratsmom66 - The Rehitchin Ceremony is a little something they do at the Garden Grill in EPCOT where a CM performs a ceremony and basically remarries you. We did it last year for our Anniversary and we had Mickey stand in as best man. It was a hoot. One tip, be sure you like to kiss you partner.

Corky - I got my autograph book at Michael's. It was a 6X6 memory book and cost about $6. It is in their scrapbooking section. It costs a little more than most but it has a hard cover, front and back to decorate and the pages are heavy.
