I just have to get on here for a minute of sanity. This has been the worst, yet best day of my life. You know there is no power in NY and my daughter lives there. She was home from work today and not feeling well, so fell asleep on the couch. Her room mates were at work. She was there alone. When she woke up, she went into her bedroom to find that she had been ROBBED, while she was asleep. They took everything she had, everything. But I told her it is all just things and they can be replaced, but I thank God and her guardian angels that she is alive and unharmed. I don't know if they didn't know she was even there! She had no idea until she woke up that there was no power, when she went to sleep there was. I just needed to tell someone and publicly thank God that she is safe. You see, Tag Fairy, I told you I believe in miracles. To me that was one, that she was there when it happened, but she is safe. Totally wiped out, but safe and I learned - you can always start over as long as you believe.
Thanks for letting me share this. I feel better now.

I'm glad she is okay. I can't believe what some people will take advantage of ! Thank goodness for our guardian angels! (And our MOMS!

Mermaid 3, She certainly must have a guardian Angel watching her. Thank God she is safe. I am so sorry some people have no morals. It is insane what this world is turning into.

I am just so glad she is ok.

Thank you for your kind words. It means alot to me. What a wonderful place this world would be if everyone cared about others. NY still has no power, but she is staying with friends somewhere else tonight. The police think they came in the bedroom window through the fire escape. If she had been sleeping in her bedroom, instead of in the living room on the couch.... I'm sure her guardian angel directed her to the couch b/c she knew she wouldn't be safe in the bedroom. Everyday I pray to her guardian angel to watch over her and keep her safe. She hears me!

Thank God for guardian angels. I'm glad she is okay. I certainly feel for those without power and send out prayers and best wishes to them all along with a little pixie dust.

Thank you for the prayer to St. Jude, I just finished saying one to him, also. And to St. Anthony and St. Theresa and the Guardian Angles. I am so thankful to God.

I am happy that your daughter is safe now after the robbery, and you are right they are just things and can be replaced. I pray that eveyone affected by the outtage has their power very soon.

I am so happy to hear that your DD is OK. It's a hard, sometimes bad world we live in and I am grateful she had a angel looking out for her. Hope she gets her power back quick!

Hrmmm...I wonder how many pics we can actually look at of the WL. Nah...make em your ten best from ALL of WDW. Should be a great photo album!!

Just so everyone knows....I have a KILLER plan in the works!! You will like it. Should be fun for everyone but will REQUIRE you go to or be around WL. More info on that soon.

Also, I am thinking of starting a picture album of views from balconies with matching room numbers. This way, you can actually see what your view will be like from whatever room. The pics should come to us wether you think the view is good or bad. Does that sound like something usefull?

Lastly!!! FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT HAVE NOT SENT ME YOUR PICTURES FOR THE ALBUM SHAME ON YOU!!! SEND THEM OVER TO ME NOW! NO EXCUSES!!

BluOrchid 2, Bear Necessities, Ratpack and Corky 805. You are the best. Thank you for caring. She has power now, and she just has to start over from scratch. But the important thing is....
she is alive and can start over! And will be able to go with us on our Disney trip!!! I wouldn't go without her. By the time we are relaxing at the Lodge, this horror will be forgotten.

Taking a break from packing - we leave one week from today!! YIPPEEE!
Ratpack - some recent posts stated that 6th floor is smoking. Did you have a smoking room? If it was nonsmoking, did you notice the floor to be a smoking floor. Getting ready to prepare my fax and am now wondering if we want the wonderful room you suggested?

Majestic - Thanks so much for the photo album link, the great ideas, and all your hard work! I hope I can figure out how to send some to you! (Am sure I'll be in the same boat as BluOrchid with 500+ to choose from!) LOVE the idea about featuring views from the balconies! BTW - where in Central Jersey are you? We're in Mercer Co. - going to the shore tomorrow to pick up some salt water taffy for the wonderful CM's!

Mermaid - I, too, believe in angels and miracles and have no doubt they were with your daughter that night! Always an inspiration to hear of their "magic"!
