New AK Villas

Has anyone stayed in them yet? If so, what is your opinion compared to the other DVC Resorts.

We're going home Dev 7th for our first DVC booking (as owners, not renters).. Can't wait.. we're so excited....

Were going over Christmas for our first time. I don't think they are open for stay yet. I think Sept is the first opening. I did go through the model two weeks ago and it looked really nice.

There are so many view categories at AKV. What exactly is the difference between the value and standard accommodations? Thanks!

standard will be swimming, garden or parking lot.

value can be anything. value rooms are smaller. Some may even be savannah rooms.

the new resort will only have standard. while Jambo house has both.
