Need WDW transp. advice please!

In Nov. I will be staying at Pop and will need to rely on WDW transp. to get me to any moderate or deluxe resort to catch the DCL bus. I need advice on which would be the easiest resort to get to, as I will be bringing my luggage with me. TIA

Probably CBR, it's right around the corner. DCL picks up at Port Royale.

Disney transports do not go resort to resort. A cab from POP to CBR would be minimal.
