I have some recommendations that I want to suggest related to pressed penny machines and water bottle refilling stations. Is this email the best one to use? I have used it to communicate about resort stays before but nothing else.

wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com

Thanks

Yes, that is the standard customer service email

I'm not really sure if they would red it as there is legal issue that they would have to give you credit and they don't do that for anyone. Disney doesn't take usalisiteded ideas.

These really are not ideas so much as requests. I want to ask them to install water bottle filling stations or something like the Universal Coke Freestyle machines. It was so nice to just walk up and get cold, filtered, free water without having to wait in line. I also want to ask them to install penny press machines for some attractions that don't currently have them. I don't think these are ideas for which I could get compensated or have any intellectual property rights, really just suggestions/requests.

Thanks

That's true, even our public schools have installed water fountains with water bottle spigots (sp?)

The only problem with that is they won't make money off of you having to buy bottled water. Also Coke freestyle machines take a lot of maintenance and there is also an issue of space not every counter service location has space for one.

I wonder if they really make that much money off selling water. You can still get free water from the QS places, but you have to wait in line. They also have free fountains around the park, but the water tastes bad once it's no longer ice cold. When they sell you water, you have to interface with an employee, which costs them money. They also have to pay people to gather garbage and recycling from the cans and to pick up bottles from the ground. I would think the water bottles would be a significant amount of the garbage. Our airport installed water bottle filling stations, even though I bet they made a lot of money off selling bottled water. If there's anyone that's into making money or taking advantage of the situation, it's an airport.

As for the Freestyle machines, they didn't have them at every QS place at Universal either. They were just sprinkled around. I don't mind if they don't do this though, because I generally don't like Coke products and don't drink a lot of sodas.
